Product Description:
The Bosch Rexroth RZC01.1-5T-022-V-54 chemistry module must be worked on only by trained and qualified personnel. The module has to be set up and connected as per the technical regulations in the country it is used. The cable dimensioning, switching OFF, grounding and fuse protection of the product should also be taken into consideration. The connection to the drive converter is to be done through the top of the device. It must be ensured that the NAMUR function is activated on the RD 500 device used with the module. The sinusoidal filter in the unit may get damaged if the pulse frequency is lesser than 8kHz.
This module is designed for operation between 0°C and 40°C. The product must always be fitted at a considerable distance from heat-sensitive devices. The unit might have to be used with serrated or contact washers so that its metal enclosure is connected properly to the mounting panel. Its terminal strip, along with its associated functions, is divided into three subsections. It has an environmental class of 3K3 in agreement with DIN IEC 721-3-3 specifications.
