The Bosch Rexroth RD51.1-5N-037-L-D1-FW is a digital drive controller. It is designed for connection to three-phase AC systems that operate at 500 Volts AC. The drive features radio interference suppression filters that help to minimize the harmonics that are fed back into the line supply. The RD51.1-5N-037-L-D1-FW is a converter based drive. The drive converter is without a built-in brake chopper. The drive is designed for forced air cooling. This cooling method requires a minimum airflow rated for maintenance of ambient temperature within permitted limits. The recommended air temperature range is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The recommended minimum air flow rate is 0.2 cubic meters per seconds. Fans and blowers can be used to provide this minimum air flow rate. If the ambient temperature exceeds recommended limits then the RD51.1-5N-037-L-D1-FW can get damaged due to excessively high internal temperature.
