The Bosch Rexroth RD51.1-5N-018-L-D1-FW is a RD51 series universal three-phase drive system. Typical applications for which the drive system is suitable include chemical and process technology, machine tools, hoist technology, packing and foodstuff machines and assembly systems. Several additional functions are supported by RD51 drive. The RD51.1-5N-018-L-D1-FW supports two of these which are 24 Volt standby power and connection for RZC01.1-XT with NAMUR terminal strip. The benefit of the standby power feature is that it enables drive parameterization and operation of control electronics even when the main AC supply is not available. The standby power feature requires an external 24 Volts DC power supply. The rated input of the RD51.1-5N-018-L-D1-FW is 500 Volts AC (three-phase). The rated motor output is 18.5 kilowatts at 4 kilohertz pulse frequency. Other specifications for 4 kilohertz pulse include 28 Amps rated output and 23 kVA rated apparent power output.
