The RD51.1-4N-110-L-NN-FW is a converter-based drive controller from Bosch Rexroth. It is typically deployed with motors for industrial applications such as handling systems, assembly systems, machine tools, chemical and process technology and conveyor technology. Controller use under non-specified conditions and for non-specified applications is deemed improper use and can lead to equipment damage and injury. The recommended ambient conditions are 0 to 1000 meters altitude and 0 to 40 degrees Celsius temperature. The relativity humidity should be less than 90% and condensation is not permitted. The controller output derates if it is used outside recommended ambient conditions.

The RD51.1-4N-110-L-NN-FW controller is based on a 380 to 480 volts AC rated converter. The converter does not have a built-in brake chopper. Under ideal ambient and installation conditions at 4 kilohertz pulse, the rated motor output of the RD51.1-4N-110-L-NN-FW is 110 kilowatts. The rated current is 195 Amps, the peak current for 1 minute and 1 second is 254 Amps and 332 Amps respectively and the rated controller output is 128 kVA. At 6 kilohertz pulse, the motor output is 90 kilowatts, the rated current is 165 Amps, the peak current for 1 minute and 1 second is 215 Amps and 280 Amps respectively and the rated output is 109 kVA. The RD51.1-4N-110-L-NN-FW relies on forced air cooling for heat dissipation. Additional functions are not avail able on the RD51.1-4N-110-L-NN-FW controller.
