The RMC12.2-2E-1A is an analog I/O module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RECO Drive Modules series. Installed on a RECO backplane, it conditions low-level process signals so drive controllers or higher-level PLCs can read sensor data and send proportional commands. In industrial automation, the module converts field-side voltages, currents, and temperature probe signals into synchronized digital words that can be exchanged across the INTERBUS network in real time.
This module provides 2 input channels that are isolated from the logic supply and from each other, plus 1 output channel with the same separation. Channel isolation relies on optocoupler isolation, which helps block ground loops between field wiring and the bus.
