The module is intended for factory automation tasks where many low-voltage actuators must be energized in parallel from a single controller slot, allowing coordinated operation of valves, lamps, and contactors without mechanical relay boards. The module offers 32 outputs arranged in four isolated blocks, and each block contains eight channels with internal current limiting. Every channel can deliver up to 500 mA per output at 24 VDC, and the load is switched through a FET transistor stage that supports high switching frequency with minimal wear. Output states follow the controller through the Active 1 switching mode, meaning a high logic level energizes the field device.
