The R-IB IL AI 2/SF is an analog input interface module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the R-IB Interface Modules series. Installed on a remote I/O rail, it converts field-level current or voltage signals into digital data that a PLC can process. By integrating this module, process variables such as pressure, flow, or temperature are sampled and forwarded on the back-plane bus, allowing centralized control equipment to supervise distributed sensors without running shielded analog cables back to the cabinet.
