The R-IB IL 24 DO 32/HD-PAC is an output module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the R-IB Interface Modules series. The unit serves as a field-level component that translates controller commands into switched 24 V lines for actuators, indicators, or interposing relays on a machine. By concentrating multiple channels inside a 48.8 mm housing, it allows high-density signal distribution while remaining suited for DIN-rail installation in protected control cabinets.
The module offers 32 digital outputs, with each channel referenced to a 24 V supply rail. Every channel supports a nominal load of 0.5 A, and built-in stages protect against short-circuit and overload conditions, isolating faults from the upstream controller. Logic circuitry inside the slice operates from 7.5 V so that low-power signal electronics remain separated from the output drivers.
