Product Description:

The PSI65C0.762-W1 is a new-generation frequency converter system designed by well trained engineers from the reputable Bosch Rexroth Indramat company. The converter features flexible Input/output interfaces, a field bus interface for communication, a sophisticated control functionality for welding operations. This frequency converter requires little cabling due to its system component integration design, it can also be easily installed into a portable welding box system. There is a BOS-500 bus connection interface on the converter, through this interface customers can easily connect to a PC unit and carry out programming, operation and user friendly diagnostic functions in real time. The housing of this product provides it with protection according to the IP20 protection category, it is strong enough to provide it with reliable protection against solid substances with external diameters larger than 12 millimeters.

The PSI65C0.762-W1 frequency converter can independently detect malfunctions and errors. In these rare cases, the green LED “Ready” light on the front panel of the weld timer unit goes out, and an appropriate error message is displayed on the operator interface used with the converter. This product also features an NTC thermistor unit that transmits an error message to the weld timer if the temperature reaches or rises above 65 degrees Celsius.

There is a water circuit integrated into this product, this circuit serves as the temperature regulation system of the PSI65C0.762-W1 frequency inverter. The water cooling helps the inverter to maintain low noise during operation, it also provides improved cooling efficiency. The recommended ambient temperature around this product should not exceed 45 degree Celsius. During storage, the ambient temperature permissible around the product can be between -25 to about 70 degree Celsius.
