The PSI65C0.737-W1 medium frequency inverter from Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a reliable and high-performing inverter for industrial automation applications. The PSI65C0.737-W1 medium frequency inverter works at a clock frequency of 10^3Hz and has an output current maxima of 2400 A. Grounded TN or TT systems can use line voltage connections between 400 V -20% and 480 V +10% at 50/60 Hz. The PSI works with a variety of transformers, that includes the 120 kA PSG 3100 since it can manage secondary currents as needed. An internal power source derived from the weld current system increases the versatility of operations. A metal oxide varistor (MOV) protects the inverter against power surges and overvoltage. According to VDE 0113, the inverter can withstand relative humidity levels of 90% at 20°C and 50% at 40°C, and it satisfies the humidity class F requirements set out by DIN 40040 guidelines. While the design prevents moisture condensation on the medium frequency inverters, it supports operation at altitudes up to 2000 meters above sea level.

The PSI65C0.737-W1 has M10 bolt connections, which make installation easier and make sure it stays put. The operational voltage range for the weld timer CPU and I/O interface is 24 V DC, with a tolerance of 19 V DC to 30 V DC, in accordance with the specifications set out by EN 61131-2.
