The PSI64C0.775-W1 is a medium-frequency inverter produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the PSI Frequency Inverters series. The device converts plant-level three-phase power into controlled medium-frequency energy for automated manufacturing equipment. Its regulated output can drive induction heaters, shrink-fit stations, and other equipment that requires accurately controlled high-frequency current.
The input stage accepts a line voltage of 400–480 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz, allowing the inverter to operate on common industrial power grids without a transformer. An integrated auxiliary supply provides 24 VDC at up to 2 A, so sensors, relays, or control electronics can be powered directly from the unit. Heat generated by the switching transistors is removed through a water-cooled plate, which limits cabinet temperature rise and helps maintain reliable semiconductor operation.
