Product Description:

The PSI64C0.357-W1 Medium frequency inverter was designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for applications that need accurate welding and material processing. For easy incorporation into existing industrial automation systems, this inverter is compatible with MF transformers from the PSG 6000 series.

The PSI64C0.357-W1 medium frequency inverter has a line voltage range of 400V to 480V that allows for simple integration with typical power sources. Line voltage multiplied by squared determines the main voltage output. The voltage tolerance is -15% at 400V and +10% at 480V. The inverter guarantees accurate power distribution by working at a frequency of 1000 Hz. A nominal mains current of 220A is provided. This PSI inverter is suitable for a wide range of welding operations due to its compatibility with spot, repetition, and seam welding. To maximize the precision of the welding process, adaptive control methods such as Process Heat Adaptation (PHA) and Control System Regulation are available. The inverter is possible to perform high-power welding operations with a maximum aluminum welding capacity of 80 kA. To ensure solid electrical connections, transformer and mains connections must have a cross-sectional area of 95 mm².

An optional UIR capability is built into the inverter, which improves MainWLD operations. Installing it in systems with limited space is a breeze thanks to its tiny size. The water-based cooling system ensures consistent thermal performance. It can resist harsh welding cycles and a primary current discharge of up to 1600A. The inverter is designed to handle large heat loads continuously. Power utilization is enhanced by the design's support for efficient energy transfer. Welding quality is constant thanks to the incorporation of cutting-edge control options. The PSI64C0.357-W1 frequency inverter is designed to withstand rigorous welding conditions with its dependable power conversion and stability.
