PSI63C0.737-W1 is a Bosch PSI 6000 series medium-frequency inverter. It is designed for industrial applications involving metal welding. No other application is approved for the inverter. The inverter combines with a compatible welding transformer to form a complete welding system. The PSI63C0.737-W1 is a water cooled unit and requires 4 liters per minute coolant flow rate. Temperature of the coolant must be less than 30 degrees Celsius. The input voltage range is 400 to 480 Volts AC (three-phase). A weld timer is integrated into the unit. A slot is available on the inverter for a quality module and a separate slot is available for serial/parallel/fieldbus module. Housing of the inverter complies with IP20 specifications. KEB recommends installing the device in a modular enclosure or IP54 rated switchgear cabinet. Integrated temperature monitoring prevents overload damage.
