Designed for induction heating, hardening, and similar automation tasks, the unit converts high-voltage mains power into a regulated medium-frequency output that can be programmed and synchronized with upstream controls. Its role in a production cell is to deliver precise current and frequency so that loads such as coils or transformers receive repeatable thermal energy without mechanical tapping.
The inverter operates from a three-phase supply of 480–690 VAC, making it compatible with high-voltage distribution panels. The input line frequency can be either 50 or 60 Hz, so the same unit suits regional power grids without tap changes. Inside the power stage, the IGBT bridge is modulated at 1 kHz; this switching rate balances spectral cleanliness with acceptable semiconductor loss. At full load, the converter can deliver up to 800 A to the workpiece circuit. The housing carries an IP20 rating, providing protection when the inverter is mounted inside a cabinet.
