The PSI63C0.181-W1 is a programmable weld timer with a medium-frequency inverter integrated into a single housing unit. It is a controller developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to carry out accurate control functions in the resistance welding of metals, including aluminum materials and galvanized sheets. This control device is only intended for professional/industrial operation; it belongs to the IP20 protection category and should only be used in industrial environments that belong to emission class A and meet the low voltage directive as described by 2014/35/EU. Operators are also required to provide the inverter with additional protective housing with at least a degree of protection of IP 54.
