The PSI6300.333-L2 is an inverter system that has been designed to operate in a medium frequency range. The system is used to improve the quality of the direct current welding process. The inverter works in tandem with the PSG-3000 transfer where it controls the amount of current being supplied to the transformer. The inverter has been equipped with safety monitoring features and integrated control options. The PSI6300.333-L2 is used for optimizing the weld quality. The system is compatible with the serial I/O interfaces. The system uses Fieldbus interfaces for communication. All the system components have been perfectly integrated and very less extra cabling is required. The device has a mass of around 21 kg. It can be installed with a mounting plate or in a vertical position.
The PSI6300.333-L2 comes with a BOS-5000 operator interface that is used for system diagnostics and easy programming. A welding box system is provided in which the PSI6300.333-L2 can be integrated. The device also comes with a weld timer. A quality module can be retrofitted in the fitted. A Fieldbus slot can also be installed in the system. The system drastically improves weld quality and reduces welding splashes. Because of its medium frequency, the welding current is controlled and the quality of spot weld is drastically improved. The device operates on 110 A input current and outputs 800 A. The system has a 1 kHz clock frequency. A metal oxide varistor (MOV) for protection against overvoltage.
