The PSI6300.329-L1 is an efficient and multi-operational medium-frequency inverter. It is intelligently designed by Bosch Rexroth for smart applications that include several systems in industrial automobile manufacturing. The controlled system of this unit makes it possible to increase the range of welding materials through increased energy input. This economical design reduces expulsion during the welding process either by reducing the welding current or the current time. The unit functions by adjusting pulse width. This adjustment controls the intensity of the welding current.
The PSI6300.329-L1 has an integrated current ammeter to measure the current supply when the inverter is connected to a welding transformer without a current sensor. The medium-frequency inverter has many safeguard features in place. One such is a thermal detector response as part of the thyristor unit features.
