The PSI6300.256-W1 is a medium-frequency inverter manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the PSI Frequency Inverters series. As a stand-alone power module, it generates adjustable medium-frequency outputs for induction heating coils, high-speed spindles, and other process loads that require tightly regulated current and voltage. The inverter incorporates its own auxiliary power source, reducing the number of external components needed in an automation panel. Its integrated PROFIBUS timer interface supports communication with Rexroth drive controllers and PLCs while coordinating operating sequences with the connected control system.
The inverter accepts three-phase utility power from 400 to 480 VAC, enabling operation on standard industrial distribution systems without a step-up transformer.
