The PSI6300.256-L2 is a medium-frequency inverter produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the PSI Frequency Inverters series. It converts high-voltage three-phase power into regulated medium-frequency output for induction heating, hardening, and other automated manufacturing processes. An integrated auxiliary supply and the main power stage are housed in one enclosure, simplifying panel layouts where available space is limited. The unit fits inside equipment cabinets and exchanges commands with higher-level controllers through its PROFIBUS timing module.

This inverter accepts a three-phase input range of 480–690 VAC at a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz, allowing direct connection to many utility grids without a transformer. An internal power supply delivers 24 VDC with a maximum output current of 2 A, so sensors, contactors, or fieldbus nodes can be energized from the same chassis.
