The PSI6200.750-W1 is an advanced medium-frequency inverter from Bosch Rexroth Indramat intended for industrial welding processes. This inverter is a product of decades of engineering experience, it features a combination of these past experiences with new-generation technologies. Unlike conventional inverter systems, this product features a water cooling system that is remarkably more efficient than air cooling; the water cooling also supports the long service life associated with this product. The PSI6200.750-W1 frequency inverter is able to produce excellent results when used in different types of welding applications, including projection welding, manual welding, seam welding, and spot welding. It is also perfect for welding special materials such as thin sheets, galvanized sheets, and even aluminum sheets. There is a welding timer integrated with this product to control the whole welding process; the timer is basically the Central Processing Unit of the frequency inverter.

The PSI6200.750-W1 frequency inverter contains small LED bulbs on its front panel; operators can use these bulbs to easily monitor the current operation status of the inverter. The RAM used by the weld timer is battery buffered, and the battery used is a lithium battery with a service life of approximately 24 months. Operators are required to change the battery after its service life runs out. During installation, special care should be taken to protect this product from extreme vibrations and shocks; the air around the inverter should also be free of any contaminating liquids or chemicals.

The PSI6200.750-W1 frequency inverter is an IP20 product, to guarantee optimum protection, it should be installed into an additional switch gear cabinet that comfortably meets the IP54 protection class. The peak installation height of this frequency inverter is 2000 meters above sea level.
