The PSI6100.610-W1 is a medium-frequency inverter built to carry out the accurate control of the PSG 3000 inverter used in the direct current resistance welding process. This inverter is a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat; during operation, it can produce a welding current of between 3 to 20 kiloamperes while maintaining an operation efficiency as high as 90 per cent. For customers that purchase this product, it is easy to integrate it into the servo system as it features an Input/output interface that is compatible with parallel connection; there is also BOS-5000 user interface provided for this product for easy programming, operation, and diagnostics operation by this inverter.
