The PSI6100.357-L1 is a state-of-the-art frequency inverter built to provide accurate welding control in industrial environments. This frequency inverter serves as the power supply unit for a programmable welding time integrated with it into the same housing unit. It is a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat that is able the support major types of welding applications in the environment. This product forms a fully functioning welding station by combining with a weld transformer and electrode. The compatible weld timer used with this inverter is the PSG 3000 weld transformer. During the operation of this product, the inverter receives a 50/60 hertz mains alternating current, which is rectified by a bridge-connected rectifier; the resulting direct current generated connects a transistorized H-bridge alternatingly to the welding transformer at a clock frequency of 1 kilohertz. Compared to other inverters that function at a lower frequency, the current regulation system of this product is significantly faster and more precise.
