The PSI6100.332-L2 is a user-friendly and cost-efficient medium frequency inverter designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This inverter is designed to generate the current required for the welding process and to control the operation of a compatible medium-frequency welding transformer. There is a weld timer integrated with this inverter to control and monitor the communication of the inverter with high-level control, control programming, display of operation status, and logging operation. The housing unit of this product is made from aluminum material that has a high mechanical strength and still maintains a very lightweight. For best results, this inverter should be installed vertically in a modular enclosure or in a switchgear cabinet that belongs to IP54. Ambient temperature around the inverter during operation should also be maintained between a range of 0 to about 55 degrees Celsius. If the inverter is not in use, it can be stored at a temperature that is between -25 to 70 degrees Celsius.
The PSI6100.332-L2 frequency inverter is well suited for spot welding, repeat welding, projection welding, and seam welding tasks.
