The PPC-R02.2 is a powerful CNC control unit produced by the company. The device offers a universal platform and can be used as an NC controller and a PLC depending upon the required application. The device belongs to the MTC2000 product family and is designed to be installed in a switch cabinet. The unit has an integrated axis processor that can control up to 8 drives over the Sercos interface. The device has 3 optional sockets and 3 axis processor modules. This allows the users to plug in 8 additional drives in the system. Besides, a maximum of 32 drives can be controlled with the Sercos interface. The system comes with a Firmware Module PSM01.1 that contains the MTC2000 control unit software and has a 4 MB flash memory.
