The PPC-R22.1N-T-V2-NN-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth Indramat control unit in the PPC Controllers series. It serves as the programmable processing core for distributed motion and I/O coordination in Sercos-based and fieldbus-linked machine cells, allowing drive axes, sensors, and higher-level PLCs to exchange deterministic data during industrial automation tasks. A 4-digit alphanumeric display presents status codes, and onboard Ethernet provides direct TCP/IP diagnostics without additional interface modules. This arrangement allows local status checking at the cabinet while still supporting network-based access to operating information.

This controller runs from a nominal supply of 24 VDC, and its internal circuitry draws up to 1.2 A during peak load conditions. Three digital inputs and two digital outputs share a common reference and can each source or sink 0.5 A for hard-wired machine signals.
