The PPC-R22.1N-T-Q2-V2-NN-FW is a control unit from Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s PPC Controllers series. Classified as a modular industrial controller, it mounts as a double-slot RECO unit and executes motion or process programs for multi-axis drives, I/O stations, and operator panels. By linking fieldbus, Ethernet, and serial channels, the device coordinates data exchange between higher-level PLCs and drive amplifiers, allowing the automation layer to issue deterministic commands while the controller handles local sequencing.

The unit operates from a nominal supply of 24 VDC, and at this voltage the internal bus, logic circuitry, and peripheral sensors draw up to 1.2 A. A nonvolatile store of 32 MB flash memory holds user programs and retained data, eliminating the need for separate memory expansion modules.
