The Bosch Rexroth PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-NN-NN-FW is a VisualMotion programmable multi-axis motion and logic control system. The PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-NN-NN-FW supports hardware version PRC-R22.1 and firmware version GPP 10. The firmware needs to be ordered separately. Bosch recommends use of the PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-NN-NN-FW with IndraDrive Diax 04 drives and EcoDrive 03 digital servo drives. Applications for the system include motion control, robotics and electronic line shafting. The PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-NN-NN-FW plugs into the Reco 02 rack from Bosch which also holds I/O modules and allows communication through the backplane. The system should be installed in the vertical orientation with appropriate amount of clearance to allow for airflow required for cooling. The system should be installed in slot 00 of the rack and the I/O modules should be installed in slots to the right of the PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-NN-NN-FW.
The PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-NN-NN-FW does not include a memory expansion module. The system comes with integrated Ethernet for network communication. The system also supports ARCNET.
