The PPC-R22.1N-T-NN-P1-P2-FW multi-axis motion and logic control from Bosch Rexroth features a Reco 02 form factor. This form factor is used by the manufacturer for its motion controls. The control utilizes a backplane bus for its data exchange. The VisualMotion product is used with the same manufacturer’s EcoDrive 03 series and DIAX04 product group of digital servo drives. Real-time communication between the device and the servo drive takes place through a SERCOS interface. It supports direct plugging into the Reco 02 rack along with the Reco 02 I/O modules. The unit installation must always be done upright in a vertical orientation.
This motion and logic control incorporates the VisualMotion GPP 10 firmware. The firmware offers non-coordinated and multi-axis coordinated motion control featuring integrated logic control functions. The control is often used in robotics and electronic line shafting applications. The product supports several optional interfaces. The device should be used only in the manner specified by the manufacturer to avoid the risk of bodily injury and/or property damage.
