The Bosch VisualMotion system is a programmable motion and logic control which supports the PPC-R22.1 with GPP 10 firmware. A PPC-R such as the PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-P2-NN-FW is a stand-alone control in RECO 02 form factor. GPP 10 firmware supports multi-axis non-coordinated or coordinated motion control with built-in logic functions. Applications for the control include robotics, general motion control and mast electronic line shafting. A VisualMotion system is comprised of PPC-R22.1 control, I/O modules, inline modules, VisualMotion Toolkit programming software and Rexroth IndraDrive / DIAX 04 / EcoDrive 03 drives. Three expansion slots are available on the PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-P2-NN-FW two of which are factory-fitted with modules including a PLC master module (programmable limit switch) and a Profibus-DP slave module. Integrated communications interfaces on the control include one Ethernet, a serial programming interface, a general-purpose serial interface and an Indramat BT bus interface.
The PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-P2-NN-FW does not come with a memory module. The PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-P2-NN-FW supports three digital inputs which are of the current-sinking to ground type.
