The Bosch Rexroth PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-N2-V1-FW is a stand-alone multi axis motion and logic control which is available in a Reco 02 form factor. Bosch recommends use of the control with EcoDrive03, DIAX04 and IndraDrive digital drives from Rexroth. A SERCOS interface on the drive provides the interface between the PPC-R control and the servo drive. Software which Bosch provides for programming of the control is VisualMotion Toolkit. This software is installed and run on a personal computer. A PPC-R22.1 system such as the PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-N2-V1-FW has three expansion slots and in integrated Ethernet interface. Expansion slots on the PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-N2-V1-FW contain three factory fitted modules which are a DeviceNet Master module, a PLS slave module (programmable limit switch) and a PLS master module (programmable limit switch). Firmware for the control has to be ordered separately.
