The PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-N2-NN-FW model reflects the modern design and manufacturing of Rexroth Indramat. VisualMotion 10 is a programmable motion/logic control system that can easily control up to 40 intelligent digital drives. The PPC-R22.1 VisualMotion control comes with three expansion slots and an optional EtherNet connection to provide protection against unwanted network access. Slot 1 of the control is equipped with the PLS master module and Slot 2 is equipped with the PLS slave module whereas slot 3 is empty. You can order up to two option cards (PLS modules) per unit and each option card features 16 outputs, 2 mini-phoenix connections, LED indicator, 250 mA of current draw, and PLS outputs update after every 250 microseconds. The PPC-R22.1 VisualMotion control takes a 24 VDC electrical connection through the X1 port. The total current consumption by this model is 1.2 A. It can be installed into the first RMB rack along with the Reco 02 I/O module. Two adjacent RMB racks communicate via the local bus connection created between two racks.
The model PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-N2-NN-FW provides high operational reliability and the controller is protected by the IP20 protection category. The motion/logic control can operate under humid conditions at the maximum humidity level of 78% (without condensation).
