The PPC-R22.1N-N-G2-V2-NN-FW model is a stand-alone multi-axis motion and logic control. The VisualMotion 10 is capable of controlling up to 40 intelligent digital drives from Bosch Rexroth. The PPC-R22.1 control can be used with the GPP 10 firmware and the firmware must be ordered separately for each hardware configuration using the appropriate FWA typecode. The PPC-R22.1 control can be installed into the Reco 02 rack along with the Reco 02 input/output modules. The controller can operate at the dc-link voltage of 24 VDC along with the permissible ripples of 4 Vpp within the permissible voltage range of 19.2 – 30 VDC. The maximum current consumption of the model is 1.2 A. A real-time clock is placed inside the module that maintains the accurate time of diagnostic logs during a power-down condition. The model can be used with Rexroth IndraDrive, Diax 04, and EcoDrive 03 digital servo drives.
The model PPC-R22.1N-N-G2-V2-NN-FW is protected by IP 20 protection category and the total weight of the unit is approximately 1.3 kg. The module doesn’t have any memory expansion module. The control is equipped with a DeviceNet slave interface for effective communication and it has 4 LEDs on the front panel that allows diagnosis of the bus status. The PPC-R22.1 control is equipped with an H1 alpha-numeric matrix display that provides additional control status and settings. The control data is stored on the 32MB compact flash memory card. The model can operate ideally between the ambient temperature ranges of 0 to +45 degree Celsius under 5 – 78% of humidity (without condensation).
