Product Description:
The PPC-R22.1N-N-G2-P2-N1-FW is multi-axis stand-alone logic and motion control. It comes with the RECO unit for motion control, I/O module, and PLCs. The Rexroth group recommends using the PPC-R22.1N motion controller with the Ecodrive03 and Diax 04 digital servo drives. The main communication of the control logical drive and the servo drives are done by using SERCOS interfaces with managing the international standards of drives controllers. It comes with the three slot expansions with the optional Reco02 I/O module with local and SERCOS, inline/O module, EcoDrive 03 I/O module, onboard EtherNet connection, Diax 04, and visual motion toolkit (VMT) software for controlling programming, system motion control, and diagnostics.
The PPC-R22.1N-N-G2-P2-N1-FW has the OPC servers and DDE communication via SIS protocol and SCP between program windows and controls. The logical motion control allows connecting up to 41 digital servo drives in a single control unit over SERCOS. This digital controller has the HMI interfaces i.e. BTC06, BTV04 to BTV06.it has optional interface support with Fieldbus slave interface and Fieldbus master interface. The Fieldbus slave interface has the Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, Interbus, ControlNet, and the EtherNet/IP interface with a maximum character range of 16 to 32 words and the Fieldbus master interface consists of Profibus-DP, DeviceNet interfaces. This logical motion control has the card programmable switch as well as the link ring for both interfaces for visual motion control as well as the master encoder card.
The PPC-R22.1N-N-G2-P2-N1-FW digital motion control has the basic Rexroth’s standard design and has the housing design for the RECO unit. There is no memory expansion module in the specific model. It cannot be customized configured as it comes with the established settings of controls. The firmware operating software can be ordered for this logical motion control as a sub position.
