The PPC-R02.AN-N-NN-NN-NN-FW CNC module with design code 2 is one of the various PPC series of modules produced by Bosch Rexroth. The device is equipped with an external 4MB flash memory module and battery. The control unit of the module features several components such as three digital inputs, two digital outputs, a four-character alphanumeric display, a PowerPC microprocessor and more. The lithium battery of the product helps in buffering real-time data present in the PMM memory module. It has a shelf life of 10 years in the unused state at 25°C ambient temperature and a lifetime of four years in the permanently de-activated state. The module comes with a warranty of one year.
This CNC module features a Class A noise emittance in adherence to EN 55022 specifications. The product also encompasses one ready-for-operation relay for system monitoring. It has a maximum power consumption of 1.2A at 24VDC. The unit supports the use of either SAFT or MAXELL. The device must not be fitted with an active PAP2 axis processor module. The power fail and boot lock error states are highlighted by a two-digit character.
