The PPC-R02.2N-L-Q1-P2-T2-FW is a modular control component produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the PPC Controllers series. As a programmable motion control unit, it coordinates axis commands and communication tasks inside distributed drive systems and machine tools. Within an automation cell, it acts as the central decision point that relays setpoints, supervises feedback, and manages sequence logic between servo drives, higher-level PLCs, and field devices. This arrangement lets a single controller coordinate motion responses across several connected nodes during automated cycles. It can also bridge machine-level sequencing with axis-level control instead of leaving every timing decision to separate devices.

This unit is supplied as design version 2, which places it in the second generation of the PPC platform.
