Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the PPC-R01.2N-N-Q1-FW, a control unit in the PPC Controllers series that executes real-time positioning commands and handles logical interlocks for distributed drive packages. The compact form factor supports dense cabinet layouts: width is only 41.5 mm, height reaches 192 mm, and depth extends to 150 mm. At just 1.1 kg, the unit adds little mechanical load to DIN rails and supports straightforward handling during installation. Its relay stage switches up to 150 mA, while the transistor output bank can source 0.5 A for pilot valves or optical indicators. The slim enclosure also leaves room for adjacent modules and cable routing in narrow cabinets.
