Product Description:
The PPC-P11.1N-N-N1-Q1-NN-FW is a multi-axis stand-alone digitalized logic and motion control for the motors and machines by Rexroth Bosch. The system is managed by the GMP10 firmware VisualMotion and designed to plug-in, directly in the PC’s PCI slot. Its support card established the plug and play feature that manages the PC memory dynamically. For memory allocation, no jumper allocation is required. The motion control has the second optional interface card that has the digital inputs and output with an effective communication port.
The PPC-P11.1N-N-N1-Q1-NN-FW has a PC bus connection with 32 bits setting and has a 33 MHz frequency. It comes with the optional front faceplate, programmable limit switch card (NSW01), and DAQ03 link ring. The hardware logical control has the 1-digital 7 segment display, I/O support drive-based, compact flash memory card with a range of 32Mbs and Sercos interface that allow the unit to manage 40 drives effectively. The logical unit comes with the 2 serial interface port that aids with the software-selectable baud rate of 9600-115200. The interface default bauds are 9600. The logical unit has the additional interface in form of an option card switch for changing and managing the program with a link ring and Encoder interface card. The logical control requires the Windows NT4.0; SP6 is required for installation with the VisualMotion 09vRS with the VentureCom RTX 4.3.2 version RUN-Time environment for processing.
The PPC-P11.1N-N-N1-Q1-NN-FW comes with the standard PC PCI bus for mounting and working. The control unit requires the 3.3V-+12V power supply voltage. The ambient temperature for the control unit is 0°C to 45°C (32-113°F) following DIN 40 040 with class KV. The ambient atmospheric pressure must be managed from 860hPa to 1080hPa for efficient operation at the elevation of 1500 meters.
