The PPC-P11.1 is a motion and logic control unit designed by the company. The standalone system is used to control motion across multiple axes. The device is PC-based and can control up to 40 digital drives at once. The system utilizes the GMP 10 firmware. Different types of drives can be controlled via this device including the IndraDrive, EcoDrive03, and Diax 04 drive controllers. The device allows the utilization of the SercosRecos 02 I/O modules. Besides, two separate Programmable Limit Switch cards are available with the control unit. The control unit transfers data to digital drives via the SERCOS interface. The system offers a plug-and-play option and the control unit can be instantly plugged into a PCI slot of the connected computer. No jumper cables are required for memory allocation. Memory allocation takes place automatically when the control unit is connected with the host PC.

The PPC-P11.1 can be used with an additional interface. The Link Ring interface can be utilized for Master/Slave interfacing of the VisualMotion controls. A Master Encoder Card (EMC) can also be utilized with the PPC-P11.1. The system has an inbuilt diagnostics system that displays warning messages, power failure indication, and shut down errors. The device gives unhindered performance when used in areas with relative humidity levels between 5 % and 78 %. The ideal ambient temperature conditions for operating the system lies between 5 ᵒC and 45 ᵒC. The device has its own compact flash memory that stores the firmware, the PLS parameter settings, and I/O configuration.
