The NAM04.2-480-0450-NN-120 model is a line connection module which is manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. The power rectifier in the power supply module converts the AC line voltage and provides a DC bus voltage for supplying power to the drives. The line connection module is equipped with an extensive array of monitoring functions and the communication between drive and power supply module is done via a wire-ribbon cable. The line connection module can be used with KDV2.3 and KDV4.1 power supply module. The KDV2.3 power supply module delivers the DC bus continuous power of 15/30 kW while operating at the AC 3 × 220V power source. The KDV2.3 can deliver the continuous mechanical output of 12/24 kW with the maximum regenerated energy of 100 kWs. The total width and height of the KDV2.3 module is 105 mm and 390 mm. The efficiency of the supply module can be optimized by using different chokes and capacitor modules.
The model NAM04.2-480-0450-NN-120 is equipped with a LED display which helps in rapid troubleshooting. The regenerated energy produced by the drive during deceleration mode is either fed back into the electrical power system or it is absorbed by a bleeder resistor. The KDV4.1 supply module provides the continuous mechanical output of 24 kW while operating at AC 3 × 380 – 460V power source having 50/60 Hz of operating frequency. The heat sink and blower is used to overcome the heat effect which is produced as the result of power loss. The module can operate under humid conditions and it is insulated by insulation class C and the control cabinet is protected by IP10 protection class with the permissible temperature range of +5 to +45 degree Celsius. This module can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period provided by Wake Industrial.
