Product Description
The MTS-R02.2-M2-S4-NN-NN-FW standby power supply manufactured by Bosch Rexroth is housed in an enclosure with IP 20 protection rating. The SPS encompasses a free serial interface that can be used to connect either a read/write storage unit, a printer, or a visualization unit. This product is capable of incorporating an open PROFIBUS-DP or INTERBUS DP field bus interface. The connectors should not be connected to or disconnected from the device when it has an active power connection. The humidity without condensation should not exceed 95% during its transport. The module supports a ripple voltage of 4Vss within the allowed voltage range of 18VDC to 24VDC.
The power supply has an EMC noise emission in adherence to EN 55022 specifications. The PROG interface is used for programming while the COM interface acts as a general-purpose serial interface. A fully discharged battery needs a charging time of 50 hours that provides a backup time of about 5,000 hours. The parameter values of the COM interface of the device are assigned using an SPS user program. The 055 error code highlighted on the display indicates that the maximum cycle time of the unit is exceeded. It features a maximum current consumption of 0.7A.
This module must be stored between -25°C and 70°C. The product supports an atmospheric pressure of 860hPa to 1,080hPa during operation and 660hPa to 1,080hPa when it is transported. The SPS operating program of the device stops functioning if the supply voltage dips below 18V. Its PROG and COM interfaces are connected at the X3 and X2 connectors respectively. They can be utilized as point-to-point connection interfaces. The PROG interface can also be used as a bus. Its mechanical design makes the product ideal for RECO units. The firmware should be ordered separately. The MTS-R02.2-M2-S4-NN-NN-FW SPS can be delivered to any address with one-year warranty support.
