The MTS-P02.2-D2-P1-S4-NN-NN-FW is a PLC control panel that is provided in the form of ISA-bus plug-in card format. The device comes with the Beiden Terminal (BT) operator terminal. This allows the integration of up to four operator terminals with the system. Commercially available computers or BTV20/30 devices can be integrated with this system. It is also possible to connect the BTA20 and BTM15/16 terminals with this device. The devices can be connected with this PLC control at a distance of up to 50 meters. It is also possible to connect decentralized operating units or I/O units with the PLC device through Fieldbus interface or serial interface connections. When operating at a supply voltage of 5 V, the allowable ripple content is 50 mV. This model consumes a maximum power of 1.8 A.

The MTS-P02.2-D2-P1-S4-NN-NN-FW can be directly connected to the machine function keys and switch keys of the BTV20 device. Operators can use this device as a standalone PLC system (as a master PLC). For PLC slave operation, the system is connected to an MTC-P. This PLC control is able to communicate with different devices through its various output and input channels (16 TTL inputs and 16 TTL outputs). A flash EPROM is integrated with this system in which the firmware of the device is stored. The noise immunity of this system is in compliance with the EN standards. The device has a mass of 0.3 kg and is equipped with a PLC ready contact. Users can connect this PLC control with various sensors and actuators with the help of the INTERBUS interface.
