Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides services in the design and development of energy-efficient, long-lasting and affordable products for industrial automation. The company is highly concerned about product quality and customer satisfaction.
The MTS-P02.2-D2-B1-S4-NN-NN-FW model is an efficient SPS designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to be installed into the commercial PC or in a BTV20/30 module. The MTS-P02.2 control can be used in conjunction with an MTC-P unit, as a slave SPS. It can be used as a matching control for MTC200/MTA200. The control operates at the +5 to +12 V supply voltage and it consumes 1.8 A of current excluding the 2.5 A of current being consumed by different I/O modules. If the supply voltage drops below the minimum level a POWER-FAIL signal is initiated to stop the SPS operating program. Some typical applications of MTS-P02.2 control are mounting systems, machine tools, handling systems, and printing machines. The serial interfaces (RS232 and RS422/485) used in this model operate at the supply voltage of 4.5 – 5.5 VDC and consume the maximum current of 250 mA. Function blocks are required to provide indirect communication between the SPS user programs and the interfaces.
The model MTS-P02.2-D2-B1-S4-NN-NN-FW must be programmed before commissioning so that the SPS will execute the program-specific functions. During installation, the minimum clearance should be maintained in order to install any other module in the future. The enclosure is protected by IP 20 protection class and it should be mounted into the Reco 02 rack. The INTERBUS connection is provided for communication between the control and other I/O modules. The BT bus of the control provides a connection for up to 4 operator panels. The ambient operating temperature range for the model is 0 to +50 degree Celsius. The data between control and NC CPU is transferred by using the NC bus. Order this product from Wake Industrial and receive it at your doorstep with a one year warranty.
