Product Description

The Bosch MTS-P01.2-D2-B1-P2-E1-NN-FW is a Rexroth PLC module. It is part of the MTS series which includes the MTS-P01.2 and the MTS-P02.2 modules. A MTS-P system is comprised of one of the two PLC modules and an active PC /104 interface as well as various PC/104 plug-on modules such as serial interfaces, fieldbus connections and I/O modules. The MTS-P can be operated as a stand-alone PLC system or as a slave PLC. The difference between a master MTS and a slave MTS is determined by the PLC firmware which is stored on the Flash ERPOM. The MTS-P01.2-D2-B1-P2-E1-NN-FW has a status indicator, X15 BT bus interface for connecting up to 4 operator panels and the X16 serial communication interface on the front panel. Power is supplied to the module through the ISA bus, which is also used for communication with the PC in which the module is installed.

Nominal value of the input voltage to the MTS-P01.2-D2-B1-P2-E1-NN-FW can be +5 / +12 / -12 Volts DC. The permissible ripple content is 50 millivolts for +5 Volts DC, 120 millivolts for +12 Volts DC and 120 millivolts for -12 Volts DC. The permissible voltage range is +4.875 Volts for +5 Volts DC, +11.4 to +12.6 Volts for +12 Volts DC and -12.6 to -11.4 Volts for -12 Volts DC. Recommended operating temperature range for the MTS-P01.2-D2-B1-P2-E1-NN-FW is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius as per DIN 04 040 Class KV.
