Product Description:
The Bosch MTS-R02.2-M2-P1-P2-NN-FW is a SPC in RECO form factor with is compatible with SPC in MTC200 control system. The SPC can be used as slave SPC in connection with MTC-R and as a standalone SPC. The PROG interface allows connection to a programming device or PC in RS-232 / RS-422 mode. In RS-485 mode the PROG interface allows connection to MTC200-R or ISP200-R controls over RS-485 bus. Parameterization of the PROG interface is done through DIP switches and each ISP200-R is assigned its particular device number between 0 and 15. The COM interface on the MTS-R02.2-M2-P1-P2-NN-FW allows connection to an operator device, printer or read/write memory. The SPC program can be used for parameterization of the COM interface. Additionally the system includes BT (BedienTermial) bus interface which allows connection to a maximum of 4 operator terminals over up to 50 meter cables.
A RMB carrier system is required for mounting of the MTS-R02.2-M2-P1-P2-NN-FW which requires 2 slots in the carrier. The RMB carrier can accommodate up to 16 additional I/O modules. Optional filed bus interfaces can be installed in the three expansion slots which are available on the system. The MTS-R02.2-M2-P1-P2-NN-FW comes with factory installed ProfiBus-DP slave and ProfiBus-DP master modules. Integrated 2 MB RAM is available on the system. As firmware features are application dependent, Bosch requires that the firmware be ordered separately. Housing of the MTS-R02.2-M2-P1-P2-NN-FW comes with IP20 rating. The system weight is 1.65 kilograms and it measures 83 x 192 x 159 millimeters. The maximum ambient temperature around an operating MTS-R02.2-M2-P1-P2-NN-FW should not exceed 50 degrees Celsius. The maximum non-condensing relative humidity around an operating SPC should not exceed 70%. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
