The MTS-R02.1-M1-NN-NN-FW is a servo control module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the MTS Servo Control Modules series. Designed for use in industrial automation racks, the unit functions as a PLC-oriented master, interpreting user programs and distributing motion commands to downstream drive controllers through its dual RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 communication ports. The module uses a regulated input of 24 VDC and draws up to 700 mA under peak processing load. The power stage tolerates supply ripple up to 4 Vpp without functional errors, and conductors feeding the unit are limited to 1.5 mm² to suit the spring-clamp terminals. During panel layout, a minimum copper ground conductor of 6 mm² is required to bond the housing to facility earth.
