The MTS-R01.2-M2-B1-FW is part of the wider CNC controller unit that comprises of SPS and NC modules. This Bosch Rexroth Indramat module is a robust miniature module that comprises three additional module location namely U1, U2, and U3. The three can be equipped using a serial interface, PROFIBUS-DP, or INTERBUS interface. It is installed in an RMB02.2 rack and mounted in an enclosed control cabinet. The SPS module, CNC controller unit, and NC module combination provide a solution for the machine tool controller. The rack is mounted on a DIN mounting rail and secured by a screw. This type requires only one slot in the rack.
The MTS-R01.2-M2-B1-FW comes with a rechargeable battery that has a maximum lifespan of 10 years is used in ambient conditions. It can only be recharged when the module is in operation. Leave it for at least 50 hours for it to be fully charged. This SPS module loses retentive data and user program if left dormant for more than six months.
