The MTS-P02.2-D4-P1-P2-NN-NN-FW model comes with 16 TTL inputs and 16 TTL outputs which are used to directly connect the machine function keys and key switches of BTV20. The MTS-P control is made up of a basic unit with ISA bus, serial interfaces, and field interface modules. The model is equipped with a PROFIBUS master and slave interface module for developing effective communication between control, sensors, and other input/output devices. The MTS-P control is designed to be installed into the commercial PC or visualization devices (BTV20/30). It has the ability to connect 4 operator terminals at the same time with the help of the BT interface. The firmware for this SPS module should be ordered according to the respective configuration and it is stored into the Flash EPROM, which serves to differentiate between the master and slave operations. A COM serial interface is provided in this model for programming purposes.
The model MTS-P02.2-D4-P1-P2-NN-NN-FW should be programmed such that the SPC executes the program-specific functions. The model can also be used as a standalone SPC.
