The MTS-P02.2-D4-NN-NN-NN-NN-FW model is developed to operate as a standalone SPC and no additional modules are installed in this model. The MTS-P control is capable of controlling up to 4 operator terminals (BTM15/16, BTA20, etc.) through a BT bus (Bedien Terminal bus). The model consists of a basic unit with ISA-BUS and an active PC/104 interface. The RS232 interface of the module is operated by the SPC user program and it provides a connection for attaching printers, scanners, computers, and other I/O modules. The seven-segment H1 display is placed at the top of the module for displaying the errors and the operating state of the module. If any error occurs, the three-digit error code is displayed by the successive flashing on the seven-segment display. The MTS-P control provides a connection to the HMI control panels (BTV04/05/06) via X16 and X40/41 serial interfaces. The model takes ±12 V electrical connection through the ISA-BUS and it operates at the continuous current of 1.8 A.
The model MTS-P02.2-D4-NN-NN-NN-NN-FW can operate ideally up to +50 degree Celsius, without a reduction in rated data. The module is designed to operate under maximum humidity of 75% and it can be transported safely at the maximum humidity of 95%. The net weight of the SPS module is approximately 0.3 kg and it should be mounted into the industrial PC or BTC20/30 control. The model doesn’t have any optional interfaces and it uses a local bus for exchanging data with the NC assembly.
