The MTS-P02.2-D4-B1-S4-NN-NN-FW model is an efficient SPC control in ISA-bus plug-in card format. The model reflects the state-of-the-art technology of Rexroth Indramat and it can be fitted in BTV20/30 control panels or in the commercially available industrial PC. The ISA-bus helps in transferring data from the computer and it is also used to deliver the voltage supply for the module. The MTS-P control is designed to operate between the permissible voltage range of ±11.4 to ±12.6 V including the permissible ripples content of 120 mV. The module can be stored and transported ideally between the temperature range of -20 to +70 degree Celsius and it can operate under a humid environment under the maximum humidity of 75%. The MTS-P control will not provide any resistance against water that’s why it should be installed into the unoccupied ISA-BUS slot of industrial PC or BTV20/30. The RS232 interface of the module provides a connection for the printer, read-write memory, and other I/O modules.
The model MTS-P02.2-D4-B1-S4-NN-NN-FW is capable to operate as a standalone SPC and it can also work as a slave SPC. The operating parameters of the module are stored in the Flash EPROM and a battery is placed to store them for at least 6 months (without operating MTS). The INTERBUS module is placed in this model for sharing data between several connected devices. The general serial interface is used for developing communication. The firmware for this module must be ordered separately according to the FWA type code. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
