The MTS-P02.2-D2-P1-E1-NN-NN-FW comes in the ISA bus plug-in card format and is a PLC control system. The device can be installed in a commercially available industrial PC or a BTV20/30 device. The device can be connected to a read-write memory, a printer, or an operating or visualization device through a COM user interface. The interface can be operated through a COM user program. The device has a mass of 0.3 kg and has the dimensions of 22 mm x 145 mm x 295 mm (W x H x D). This model is equipped with a PLC ready contact that is closed through a hardware watchdog. A BT bus is also installed in this device and is capable of connecting up to four operator terminals of type BTM15/16 and BTA20.
The MTS-P02.2-D2-P1-E1-NN-NN-FW hosts a printed circuit IBM 2 that is an interface master connection in the PC104 format. The fourth generation device can be used to integrate actuators, sensors, and intelligent field devices. This is possible with the help of INTERBUS that can bridge systems as far as 12.8 km away. With the help of Fieldbus connections, this MTS PLC system can establish communication with decentralized I/O units or operating units. The device supports connection with PROFIBUS master connection, PROFIBUS slave connection, DeviceNet master connection, and serial interfaces. This PLC control can be used to process the data transfer protocols between PLC and PROFIBUS output and input units. Data exchange between the PLC and other systems is possible because of a dual memory port. The device falls in class A when it comes to EMC standards.
